Skydive recruitz future looking bright

Alongside ACM Skydive Team and Chimera, there is a third 4-way formation British skydiving team known as Skydive Recruitz.

The Recruitz is a youth team made up of George Clayton, Jelena Ilic, Jorja Bell and Zac Myles.

The members of the team are aged between 12-14.

They originally started skydiving as part of an after-school club, but when they began getting more serious, the Recruitz were formed.

In less than two years, they went from being a rookie team to being a division AA team at competitions.

Following their competition at the Twinwoods World Challenge in March of 2019 where they placed third, the Recruitz were part of the British competitors at the World Indoor Skydiving Championships (WISC) in Lille, France in the April of 2019.

The Recruitz train at Twinwoods Adventure in Bedford and are currently coached by Dave Rodgers, one of the former members of team ACM.

Before COVID hit in March of 2020, the Recruitz were looking forward to competing at the 2020 WISC in Belgium, but were not able to go when it got postponed.

Currently, the Recruitz are looking forward to competing in a competition being put on by the British Indoor Skydiving Association that will take place in February of 2022 if COVID doesn’t postpone it.
